Executives Summary
Cargo Road, LLC (the Company) was incorporated in the State of Florida on March 16, 2017 with the purpose of providing motor carrier and freight services such as time sensitive, special care and handling, secure, and temperature-controlled transportation services throughout the United States and Canada.
On July of 2017, the Company entered into an Agreement for Leased Equipment and Independent Contractor Services with FEDEX CUSTOM CRITICAL, INC, (“FEDEX”), in which the company provides vehicles and qualified drivers to complete transportation of goods and offers related services to FedEx’s customers on behalf of FedEx within the time-certain service parameters in accordance with results to be achieved set forth in the agreement.
To be able to comply with the increasing demands of freight with FedEx Custom Critical, and along with qualified drivers to make the business profitable.
